Privacy Policy for Pocket Parade

Last updated September 5, 2026

Pocket Parade does not require a separate game account. Progress is saved on your iPhone and, when available, synced through your Apple Account’s private iCloud storage. Apple processes optional purchases. Google AdMob serves ads and processes advertising and technical data.

Who operates the game

Pocket Parade is developed by Vinicios Cunha. This policy covers the iPhone app and this support website. Contact vinicioscunha1@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Game progress and iCloud

The app stores scores, achievements, completed runs, Confetti balances, outfit ownership, unfinished games and settings on your device. When iCloud is available, it syncs your Confetti balance, outfit ownership and progress records to a private CloudKit database associated with your Apple Account. Some preferences and unfinished-game details remain on the device.

Cloud records include game and transaction identifiers needed to prevent duplicate rewards and purchases. A randomly generated wallet identifier associates Confetti purchases with the correct game wallet. Apple provides the iCloud service; we do not operate a separate game-account server or a public player database.

Gameplay can continue offline. Earned rewards may wait on your device until synchronization is available. Confetti packs and cloud-backed outfit spending require a working iCloud connection.

Optional purchases

Apple handles payment for Confetti packs and the one-time Remove Ads purchase. The app receives verified transaction information, such as product and transaction identifiers and purchase or revocation status, to deliver purchases and avoid granting them twice. We do not receive your payment-card details through the app.

Restore purchases restores eligible non-consumable purchases such as Remove Ads. Finished Confetti purchases and outfit balances recover through the associated iCloud wallet, rather than being granted again from purchase history. Apple retains its own purchase records under its policies.

Advertising and privacy choices

The free game can show interstitial ads between completed playthroughs and optional rewarded videos for extra Confetti. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash or performance information to deliver and measure ads, maintain services and prevent fraud.

Google’s consent tools request privacy choices when required for your region and configuration. When available, use Settings → Privacy choices in the game to revisit them. The current app does not request Apple’s tracking permission or access the IDFA advertising identifier. Other advertising and technical data may still be processed; declining consent does not necessarily stop all data processing.

Once Remove Ads is recognized, the game stops requesting and showing ads, including rewarded videos, and provides its eligible bonus rewards without a video. This does not erase information previously processed by Google or its partners.

Other information and permissions

We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to play. The app does not request access to contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone. It has no chat or public player profiles. There is no separate developer-operated gameplay analytics service; advertising SDKs can process the data described above.

If you choose to share a parade image, iOS sends it to the app or recipient you select. If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever information you include, and use it to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Retention, deletion and your choices

Local saves remain until the app’s data is removed. Deleting the app does not necessarily delete its iCloud data, Apple purchase records, backups, or data already processed by advertising services. You can manage iCloud storage through your Apple Account settings. Removing cloud game data can permanently affect your saved balance and outfits; contact support first if you are trying to recover a purchase.

Game and transaction records are retained in the wallet to preserve progress and prevent duplicate credits. Support correspondence is kept as needed to address the request and any related recordkeeping obligations. Apple and Google control retention for their services.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or limit certain uses. Contact us about information you have sent to support. For information held directly by Apple or Google, their privacy resources explain the available controls and request procedures. We cannot access your Apple Account password or act as its owner.

Children and family use

Pocket Parade has no chat or user-generated public content. Parents and guardians can use Apple’s device and purchase controls to manage a child’s access to apps and in-app purchases. Advertising services may process data as described above. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

This website

This site has no analytics scripts, advertising embeds or contact forms. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, whose hosting service may process technical request information such as IP addresses. See GitHub’s Privacy Statement. Email links open your email application.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when the policy changes. Material changes to data practices will be reflected in the app’s notices or store disclosures as appropriate.
