Pocket Parade Support

A little brass. A lot of heart. A helping hand.

Need help with the parade? Email vinicioscunha1@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a short description of what happened.

How do I play?

Swipe to steer your band, collect musicians, and return to the striped stage after recruiting at least three to bank your score. Avoid walls and your own procession. Open How to play from the home screen or Settings for the guide. Optional direction buttons are available in Settings.

What is Daily Parade?

Daily Parade uses a shared route for the day, so you can retry it and improve your daily best. Normal play generates a fresh route for each run.

Missing progress or Confetti?

Check that your iPhone is signed into the same Apple Account for iCloud, reconnect to the internet, and try syncing from the game’s Settings or Store. Offline rewards may need time to sync. Avoid deleting app or iCloud data while investigating missing purchases or progress.

Restore Remove Ads

Open Store or Settings and choose Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Confetti balances recover through iCloud; restoring purchases does not grant spent packs a second time.

A purchase is pending or missing

Make sure the App Store and iCloud are available, then reopen the Store. Pending approvals and interrupted deliveries may need to complete before the balance updates. If you were charged and still need help, contact us with the product name and approximate purchase date. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords.

Apple handles payment and refund requests through Report a Problem.

Ad or privacy questions

An ad may be unavailable even when you are eligible to see one. A rewarded-video bonus is granted only after the ad reports completion. If the Privacy choices option is available in Settings, you can use it to revisit advertising consent. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Report a bug

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is helpful if you choose to send one; remove any personal information first.
