How do I make a grab?

Pick two different, unprotected objects. They must share a color, shape, or both. Pip collects every matching object, including the two you picked. If both traits match, only objects sharing both are collected. A protected match blocks the grab without spending one.

Stuck on a puzzle?

Use Hint to find a next move, Undo to take back a grab, or restart the heist. These options are free. Think about which examples you will need after the current grab.

Restore a purchase

Open the in-game shop and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. A connection is required to check purchases. No Ads and the paid outfits are permanent, nonconsumable purchases.

If a purchase is awaiting approval, you can keep playing. If it was declined or expired, restore purchases to recheck and then try again. For billing or refund requests, visit Apple’s purchase support.

Saved progress

Progress and game settings are stored on your device. There is no game account or developer-operated cloud save service. Deleting the app can remove your progress; restoring purchases restores eligible purchased items, not level progress.

Ads and privacy choices

Apple’s tracking permission controls cross-app and cross-website tracking. Refusing tracking does not lock gameplay. Ad availability depends on your permissions, regional privacy choices, and service availability.

You can change tracking permission in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Regional ad privacy choices are separate: when offered, open the game’s Settings and choose Ad privacy choices to revisit them.

The optional permanent No Ads purchase removes game advertising once ownership is verified. If a consent screen or ad cannot load, you can keep playing.
